Silicone rubber is a new type of polymer elastic material,
which has excellent high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance,
has good physiological stability, and can withstand repeated harsh times

 

This thin silicone sheet is made of high quality silicone rubber, it displays excellent resistance to heat, weathering, ozone and
a wide range of chemicals.

It is impervious to UV lighting, is non toxic, chemically inert and will retain its flexibility & properties within -40 to 300°C .

 

Material varieties can be selected according to different fluid:

a nitrile rubber (NBR), (FKM), silicone rubber (VMQ), ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM), chloroprene rubber (CR),
butyl rubber (BU), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE),
natural rubber (NR), etc. - Cost - dynamic friction is relatively small

High quality silicone rubber with good performance of anti-aging, ozone resistance, heat-resistant, electric insulation, oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistant, nonpoisonous and tasteless, pollution-free. Working in air, water, oil and other medium at the temperature of -60° C - +260° C(moment maximum 300° C) with the high stability, reliability and surface inactive without sticky.
